At HiSnoot, we strive to process and deliver your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. Below you'll find all information regarding our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs.

Shipping Regions

We currently offer free shipping in the following countries:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • New Zealand

Estimated Delivery Time

All orders ship from our warehouse in Wisconsin, USA.

United States — Total Delivery Time: 3–5 business days

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (order preparation, packing, and dispatch)
  • Transit Time: 2–3 business days

Canada, Australia & New Zealand — Total Delivery Time: 7–14 business days

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Transit Time: 6–12 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

Orders placed before 10:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day.

Please note:

  • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays
  • High-demand color and size combinations may require up to 5 additional days — this is always shown on the product page before you order
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, carrier issues, weather conditions, or peak seasonal periods

Order Processing Schedule

  • Orders placed before 10:00 PM EST: Processing begins the next business day
  • Orders placed after 10:00 PM EST: Processing begins the following business day

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of size, weight, or location. No additional shipping fees.

Customs & Import Fees

For orders to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand: you will never be charged more than the amount shown at checkout. We cover applicable taxes, import duties, and processing fees. If you unexpectedly receive a customs bill, contact us immediately at support@hisnoot.com.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your package until it is delivered.

Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at support@hisnoot.com

If the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check the following first:

  • Your neighbors
  • Your mailbox or parcel locker
  • Your local carrier office

While HiSnoot is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will gladly assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Additional Information

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
  • If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages
  • Delivery times may be slightly extended during holiday seasons or high-demand periods
