2. Prices & payment

All prices are shown in USD; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Shipping is free. We accept major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. The crossed-out pack prices equal the sum of buying pads separately — we don't use artificial "was" prices.

3. Delivery

Orders ship within 24 hours on working days. Indicative delivery: 2–3 business days within the US. You'll receive a tracking link by email. Delays happen at carriers sometimes; we'll always help chase them.

4. Returns & guarantee

Our 90-Day Risk-Free Guarantee gives you up to 90 days to return the pad — used and washed included — for a full refund with a prepaid label. Your local statutory consumer rights and warranty rights remain unaffected.

5. Product use

The Snoot Pad is a training and hygiene product for pets. Wash before first use on a normal cycle with regular detergent (no fabric softener). It's not a medical device and not a chew toy — supervise determined chewers.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase amount of your order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

7. Complaints, disputes & governing law

Email us first — we fix nearly everything within a day. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country or state.
